Here's How The 1% Cash-Back Rebate Works.............

When a property is listed for sale, the seller pays a commission to the buyer's real estate agent which typically is 3%. Real estate agents usually keep all of this commission and sometimes give the clients a small gift or send them a card after closing or after moving into their new home. When you use Gold Rush Realty as your exclusive buyer's agent and purchase a home your gift from us will be a check at escrow for 1% of the purchase price of your new home.

 

 

For example, if your new home purchase is for $500,000 you would get a check for $5,000. This money is yours and can be used for moving expenses, new appliances, pay for or lower your closing costs, upgrades to your new home, landscaping, new furniture, etc. This money comes to you as our "Thank You" for doing business with Gold Rush Realty.
